Silage Wagons - The Complete Silage Feed Out Machine

Versatility

The Centre Feed model feeds silage and transports for paddock to stack work, feeds conventional bales, medium and large square bales. The Centre Feed has adjustable feed control faps to control the windrow into the desired width preventing any waste of feed. Adjustable flaps are especially important when feeding silage to sheep and deer.

The Side Feed model feeds silage and transports and unloads for paddock to stack work, feeds conventional bales and medium square bales. The Side Feed has a wide delivery belt to ensure an even unobstructed flow of material, the belt has strong bonded cleats and the large diameter rollers significantly improves belt tracking and reduces wear and tear to further increase belt life. The Side Feed is ideal for trough feeding, feeding under a wire or feeding along a fence line to avoid trampling.

Durability

Robertson Feed Wagons are built with an exceptionally strong chassis and frame design all steel cross members and a strong heavy duty top rail. The main body and feeder section is fabricated of tough 3mm steel plate producing a strong body reducing maintenance. The heavy duty steel floor is fully welded to withstand any punishment eliminating the need to replace broken floor boards. The steel floor gives less resistance to the moving load, reducing the power required to shift the load.

Robertson Feed Wagons have a unique loadcell weighing system that means the wagon can be a one piece structure, rather than a separate chassis and body. This unique system adds a large amount of strength to the machine. The models 1250 and 1500 have a 4 cell system (2 at the tow point and 2 on axle). The models 1750 and 2000 have a 6 cell system (2 at the tow point and 4 on the 4 corners of the tandem axle assembly. The monitor is on a swing arm so it can be swung out for visibility whilst loading.
